you will have tobe very clean and tidy and respectful in return I will do my best to look after you and make you feel welcome and part of the family so to speak.
All bills included £75pw but you will have to buy your own food or we can come to some arrangement between us which ever suits you best.
The room will be ready for rent beginning of July.
If a couple will be ready asap for £450pcm same applies as above.
