Double bed room, bill included, near town centre

I am currently seeking someone to rent a double room in my house, the house is fully furnished including fridge/ freezer, broadband, washing machine, garden with sheds for storage. Double room has a double bed and built in wardrobe space. I work full time but need to rent my other room. Lounge, kitchen and bathroom are all shared. I have two small dogs that are confined to the dining room, kitchen and outside, they are harmless and are no hassle.
