Large Double in Grade II* Listed Mansion

A large double room in a grade II* listed mansion converted into apartments, with 55 acres of gardens and grounds to walk in including many more listed features.
There is a lounge which will be shared with 1 or 2 other lodgers and has tv, kettle, microwave, fridge and iron. Kitchen shared with myself and the other lodgers. Rooms are cleaned fortnightly, but you would be expected to keep things clean and tidy in between. The bathroom next to this room is only shared when I have guests staying.
Local buses do stop nearby but location is really only suited to someone with own transport and car parking space is included (sorry, no vans). 24 hour Tesco 1 mile down the road and the pleasant market town of Ashby de la zouch just a mile further.
Limited storage space available in garage.
1 month notice either way.
£50 pcm supplement for couple.
