The room with a vaulted ceiling has a european double sized bed, wardrobes, draws, two bedside tables and a sofabed and TV stand on the mezannine level. There is a newly fitted en-suite with a shower, sink with illuminated mirror above and toilet (photos to follow shortly as it is currently being fitted).
The house has an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room area providing plenty of downstairs space. There is also a large driveway for off road parking.
We are 5 miles from Junction 20 of the M1 and about 15 mins to junction 21 for travelling Northbound, ideal for commuting to places such as Lutterworth, Rugby and Hinckley.
We are looking for a clean, tidy and respectable person.
