Self-contained Studio Room in Annexe

I have a lovely, self-contained annexe for rent adjacent to my family home. It has its own front door, kitchen, shower room and access to a large back garden. It's recently been updated and has all new furniture. It's in a lovely village within easy reach of Oakham and Stamford and 45 minutes from Leicester. I would prefer Mon-Fri rent and am happy to consider short term rents also. Looking for someone who is relatively quiet, thoughtful and will look after and respect the place.
