The room itself is very spacious and has a complete ensuite with bath/shower combo, WC and sink, with plenty of room.
A desk, wardrobe, bookshelf, suite of drawers and two bed side cabinets are included, as well as file drawers for the desk.

There is access to a very spacious living and dining area with amazing views, as well as a compact but serviceable kitchen, with a large oven, gas hob, dual pot air fryer, toaster, kettle and two fridges.

There is also access to a shared WC bathroom with a washer dryer.

There is an upstairs attic with a weight bench and punching bag, and room for storage if needed.

Bills are included, but heating is restricted during the day. Wi-fi is high speed.

I am a live in landlord who mostly works from home in a private office space, and generally is pretty quiet. I'm looking for someone reliable, friendly, who communicates well, and tidies up after themselves.
