It is an ideal location, away from busy streets, in a quiet cul de sac but also within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants in town or on Braunstone Gate
It is a terrace house, with a quiet, friendly and respectful set up, the neighbours are also lovely and quiet. This is not a party house so would suit a like minded, mature, personality.
The room has a spacious built in wardrobe which I am currently renovating. Shared areas of the house include the parlour, dining room/snug, kitchen and bathroom and garden.
The rent includes bills plus tea, milk, tp etc
Can also do a Monday to Friday person, for a slightly lower rent.
LGBT+ friendly and BSL too if you are deaf, I can sign.
Deposit of £625 is required to secure plus 2 References are also required.
