House is situated in Western Park on a very quiet street so there are no parking or security issues.

Location is roughly 20mins walk to City Centre and has easy access to multiple bus routes. DeMontfort University and Braunstone Gate are close by. Great location too for the Royal Infirmary and Glenfield Hospital. Road links give very quick access to main roads and motorways to all directions. Western Park is @5 mins walk and canal-side in 10-15 minutes.

The living spaces here are spacious, clear, and comfortable. Room is quiet and very large. There is a recent new fitted bathroom (decent rain shower and bath) adjacent to room which is finished to a high standard (share 1 other).

Outside spaces patio, large garden, lawn and trees are great in good weather.
