Spacious room,residents kitchen on first floor.

We are past foster carers who are now establishing a quieter life for ourselves.
We have a large house the first floor previously consisting of bedrooms .
One of these bedrooms we have converted to a fully fitted kitchen for use by residents.
We now have a bedroom on the ground floor, the first floor being for residents only.
All the first floor accommodations are freshly refurbished and decorated and two rooms are occupied by very nice young men.
We have no specific preferences that we are looking for in our residents other than being clean and tidy and considerate of others .
We are amenable and sociable whilst respecting privacy and will make ourselves available as needed.
The room we have available is depicted in the photo's and consist of :-
A) Double room with new double bed housed in fully fitted wall to wall and over bed wardrobe and cupboards providing a huge amount of storage space
and an integral vanity unit. This room shares a fully fitted bathroom with a shower over bath arrangement.

We are situate between Leicester and Hinckley with motorway connections within easy reach.
Locally we are on the bus route ( 100 meters ) and a very short walk to shops and takeaways and pubs, parks and churches.(We are not religious more spiritual)
