Hi! I’m a mature 54 year old friendly
professional male looking for a house mate male or female full or part time at a reduced rate ….. my home in Earl Shilton is a large two bedroom house on a safe quiet residential street with ample on road parking ….. the house is well decorated and very clean and tidy as I’m very house proud ….. the are two large communal rooms downstairs …. Galley kitchen and downstairs loo …. Patio doors lead onto a nice back garden …… your room is a good size … furnished and freshly decorated.
Bathroom will be shared but will always be left tidy and I’d expect the same in return.
I’m looking for somebody reliable and honest who is respectful of other peoples property and can be trusted in the house on their own as I’m often away over nights.
