Hi I'm Kerrie!

I'm looking for a house mate to occupy my spare double room in my semi detached house.

The room will come furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, chair and hanging rail.
My house has a shared bathroom with a toilet also available downstairs. The downstairs has an open plan living / kitchen area.

All bills are included.

I'm open to a house mate from any background. Smoking and drugs are not allowed.

Please note, whilst the house has two bedrooms, one will remain to be mine. I will only be at the property once or twice every two weeks. The higher rent reflects my limited time at the house.
