Double Room Available

Hi I'm Kerrie!

I'm looking for a house mate to occupy my spare double room in my semi detached house.
The room will come furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, chair and hanging rail.

There will be a period of time where I will not be living in the property, during this time the rent will increase to £625.
My house has a shared bathroom with a toilet also available downstairs. The downstairs has an open plan living / kitchen area.

All bills are included.

I'm open to a house mate from any background. Smoking and drugs are not allowed.
