Plenty of parking space outside house with close links to A47, M69 & M6.
Double room available is fully furnished with double bed (not in pictures) and large built in cupboards.
Living room has plenty of seating space, TV and internet is included. Patio doors in living room open out to 1st floor balcony which receives sun throughout the day.
A toilet is situated on the ground floor with the bathroom located on the 1st floor which is to be used by the solely by the tenants (I have my own en suite). Bathroom consists of bath, shower, toilet and large mirrored storage cabinet.
Kitchen is very large and has fitted dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is sufficient fridge/freezer space for 2 people and all kitchenware is provided. Kitchen doors open out to rear garden.
To tell you a little about myself I am a live in landlord, the house is 3 stories and I occupy the top floor which has my personal living room and en suite, therefore the bathroom is to be used solely by the tenants. I do use the main living room, generally on Sundays if the F1/Moto GP is on but aside from that I use my own living room. I work from 8am-6pm in the weekdays and attend the gym every weekday evening from 8-9: 30pm so am seldom in the house.
