Lovely village location

Friendly home, with myself a lodger who has been here for over a year and a pet chicken. My adult children turn up for the odd night or two sometimes. We are walking distance from Rutland Water, cycle track, sailing club, pub, shop and church. Stamford Oakham and Uppingham are approximately 6 miles. All bills included, shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower. The room has a 3/4 bed ( but there is room for a double),a wardrobe, chest of draws and chair.
