This is a four bedroom house with 3 current tenants, for £110 per person per week, bills, broadband and TV license included. There are three months of half payments over the summer from June until September where we cannot live in the house, We are looking for a fourth tenant as the first payment is due on the 29/04/2024, the payments add up to a total of £5,280 for the whole year. the contract ends on the 14/06/2025. This house has two bathrooms and a garden.
