Hi, My name is Charlotte and I currently have a room available to rent. It is a double bedroom that is fully furnished. It is bills included and it is less than 5 minutes walk to local shops and a 5-10 minutes walk away from the university of Leicester and a 10 minutes walk from the train station. It is a 5 bedroom house and there are 4 girls who already live there and they are very warm and welcoming people. We are looking for someone who is tidy and friendly. The house is very spacious and there are several storage places, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living area and garden. The room is also very spacious and it is fully furnished.
