Large, light double room to rent in a great 3 bedroom household. The room is furnished but left plan so you can make you own stamp on it. The living room is large with open fire for cold winter nights, dinning table, galley kitchen, porch,. Large garden with a nice patio and a shed. We have a BBQ and a fire pit in the garden which is great in the summer to sit round with a glass of wine or a beer. The house is clean and tidy. I have a cat and a small dog who are very entertaining.

The house is in the beautiful village of Exton which is 10 minuets from Stamford and Oakham. Own transport is essential though. The pub is really nice and there are some beautiful walks into Exton park and the surrounding area. I have a horse in the village and spend a lot of time out of the house.
