Double room in quiet village location

I have a double room available to rent in my home. It includes a brand new bed and mattress. The house is located in a quiet residential area. There are many walking routes and trails and it is a 5 minute walk to Frisby lakes.

At the top of the village there is a bus stop that provides access to the likes of Melton, Syston and Leicester. (Arriva 5a).

I’m looking for a lodger that loves dogs as I have a very friendly Akita and a small crossbreed. They are not allowed on the furnishings.

I am a Registered Veterinary Nurse and my work schedule is 7 days on, 7 days off. I usually pick up extra shifts on my weeks off so I won’t be constantly in the house during my week off. I am a clean and tidy person looking for a lodger with the same qualities.
