Mon-Fri Let Ground Floor Annexe, in rural village

We have beautiful garden Annexe with a double bed and dining area/work area, for rent... ground floor, own entrance via garden patio. En-suite (shower) wet room., with WC.
Tea/coffee facilities/ toaster/ fridge/food cupboard and crockery/cutlery in room/dining area. Just outside room, 2 hob oven and microwave (& sink for washing pots).
(Access to washing machine negotiable)

Smart TV with catch-up channels, Netflix and facility to plug in your own Amazon Firestick.
Double Divan bed, wardrobe, Iron and Ironing board, free standing heater for boost (if required), or fan for hotter months!
Plenty of parking outside main house on street.
Lockable gates onto the property and your entrance is via the garden patio. (French doors).
Furniture provided, and bed linen/towels.
Availability is for Monday, Tues, Weds, Thursday nights. (or Sunday nights for additional £30.) We often rent the room out at the week-end for Bed and Breakfast guests, however, this isn't always the case, so if occasional week-ends are required, we can offer this too.

Very private arrangement - as you have complete privacy in the annexe. We live in the main house (with our 3 dogs).

House bills included in the rent.

Gilmorton has 2 pubs, both serving great food and a superb cafe bistro just down the road, open 6 days a week serving breakfasts and food all day (Fri and Sat eve meals too) and the village shop is next door! (which is also a deli/post office - open 7 days a week). We are approx 5 minutes drive from the M1 and Lutterworth with plenty of shops/ restaurants/ cafes.
