Double Room For Rent

Hello :-)

I've recently brought a house and I am looking to rent out my spare room.
The room is a double with a large wardrobe. There is a TV Aerial point in the room.

The house is 3 bedrooms, I use my oneself and another as a dressing room!

I am 27 years old and I work full time, although I still go out from time to time my days of partying every night are long gone so I am looking for someone who is respectful of that and will not be coming in at all hours waking me up every night when I have work in the morning.
It will be nice I have someone I can get along well with as there's nothing worse than living with someone you don't like!

There's street parking to the front and the back of the house and there's good links to the city if needed.
