My name is Amy, I am looking to rent out my spare double bedroom. My current lodger is moving out on the 30th September, but has said they could leave sooner if I find the right person.
The room is a good sized double with a large wardrobe. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. There is a TV Aerial point in the room.
I am 28 years old and I work full time, and I am looking for another professional who will be respectful of my home.
The house is in a cul-de-sac and there's street parking to the front and the back of the house. I keep the house clean and tidy.
There's good links to the city if needed.
The rent is £400 a month bills and internet use included. Plus an additional £27 towards the council tax.
