We have a double bedroom coming up on the 1st August in a 4 bedroom house on Dominion Road LE3. This is a really nice, light and airy house, with good living space and front and back gardens. The back garden is very spacious and secure. All the tenants are professionals who keep the house really clean. This area is quiet, and the room is on the first floor. There are 2 bathrooms, both upstairs and an additional downstairs toilet.

There is plenty of parking on the main road and a brick out-house for additional storage. The house has a side entrance, which is really handy for tenants who need to take bikes into the back garden or out-house.

The shared areas are cleaned once a fortnight, to keep up the high standards of cleanliness in the house. This is more of a 'home' to the current tenants.
