Beautiful self contained annex

A newly refurbished, beautiful self contained annex. In the room there is a kind sized bed, bedside tables, seating area, storage and a table/desk. There is a band new en-suite. You have use of a newly install small kitchenette, fridge, freezer , washer and dryer as well as a beautiful garden. We hope to install a cooker in here during summer, but you have full use of the cottage kitchen.

The annex sits behind our cottage in the middle of a small village close to Market Harborough, Uppingham, Oakham, Corby. Northamptonshire and Leicester are just a short drive away.

As the room is part of our home, it is not suitable for someone needing to register the address for official purposes such as council tax. If you need to register for council tax that is possible but the council tax will be an additional cost.

We are friendly live in landlords, living in the cottage with our children and dog. You’re very welcome to come and have a look & meet us, our current lodger is also more than happy to chat with you too.

All bills and super fast broadband are included. No smoking, but pets considered. References are required.
