The room is fully furnished with broadband, and has all mod cons. I am a houseproud lady with 2 cats who keep to themselves, and it is in a very nice quiet area (not in the main village). Would be ideal for anyone who works at Beaumont Leys or Glenfield Hospital (both 5 mins away) but is also easily accessible to junction 21 of the M1, which takes me about 10 minutes to travel to .(It is also 5 minutes drive from junction 22). If you wish to smoke there is a seating area in the large garden. Please feel free to ask for any more information.

I have been letting rooms for several years, so have an idea of what to expect. I am very houseproud and tidy, and like my own privacy as well as the company of lodgers, and get on well with most people. The room is newly decorated, has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers, tv/dvd, storage space, computer desk/chair but I can change the furniture to suit your needs.

I am also willing to provide an evening meal if required.
I would also prefer a Monday to Friday tenant, although this can be negotiable.
