Room To Rent

Looking for another house mate as my last has moved out due to her relocating for a job. I Consider myself to have a good sense of humour and easy to get on with.
I have lived with males and females so get on well and respect both.
I offer in the rental cost full bills included plus full sky tv package which also has points to have it in your room and wifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
The lounge I'm more than happy to share living space and chill in the evenings.
You would be getting a double room which has some furniture if you wanted it but a bed would be needed.
You would have your own bathroom as I have an ensuit which I use.
There is also a 3rd smaller room which can be used for extra storage space if needed.
I have off road parking and my house is 2 minutes from a bus route.
I'm 5 minutes drive from Loughborough town centre and close to all main driving routes.
I do stay away fairly often with work. So you would have the house to yourself sometimes on weekday evenings.
