Double room in detached house

Hi

I have one spare double room to rent in my house in Hathern.
I’m looking for a flat mate, the house is a 3 bedroom detached house. I am a professional who works Monday - Friday 9 -5, plus some weekend hours. I’m looking to share with other professionals.

I also have two cats, so you must like animals. They are very well behaved and spend a lot of time outside.

The double room has a double bed & a large fitted wardrobe, on two sides of the room with loads of storage.

There is also a loft and garage that can be used for extra storage.

If you’re into your fitness I have an indoor cycling machine / spinning bike, it’s a good bit of kit and can be used in the dining room or garage, lodgers would be welcome to use it.

The house is ideal for Loughborough university or the town centre and offers you the benefits living a little further out of town.
It is commutable to Nottingham being only 25 minutes drive away and Leicester which is 35 minutes away. The airport and Castle Donington is 15 minutes away. And the M1 is also very close.

Hathern is a lovely village in Loughborough, it is on the skylink bus route, which runs every 20 minutes and hourly through the night. This goes to Loughborough & Leicester or Derby, Nottingham and East Midlands Airport.

The house has been recently decorated with new windows, carpets & wooden floors. I am also due to get a new bathroom installed relatively soon.

All bills included in the rent, including broadband. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and plenty of fridge / freezer space.
