Sharing with one male, Simon. He's a self employed plumber/bathroom fitter and works late then will often be tucked away in his downstairs office doing paperwork. He's very easy to live with, quiet and so it's a nice place to relax.

The house has a luxurious kitchen/diner/lounge area which you would have full access to and is fully equipped. Nice garden, modern wet room bathroom and additional downstairs toilet. There is parking and the house is only a few minutes walk to Burbage Common and wood countryside site. 15 minute walk to Hinckley train station and town centre. Good links for A5 and motorways.

The room has a large wardrobe, shelved chest with 2 drawers, dressing table. The bathroom is next to your bedroom.

Must be tidy, easy going and respectful. Smoking in garden only. All bills included. 1 month notice period by landlord/tenant.
