Modern house within a ten minute walk of Hinckley town centre situated on a quite housing estate close to the local co-op, pub and restaurant within a two minute walk.

We are looking for a clean trustworthy and reliable person to share our home the bedroom is furnished, nicely decorated with fully fitted wardrobes and king size bed with two side tables and a dressing table, Sky TV ironing board and iron.

There is a shared bathroom, huge kitchen/family room with SKY, large lounge again with SKY. dining room and conservatory and a utility room with washer and drier. There is a lovely garden we have a miniature Yorkie who is a great dog with a soft manner.

This is our home and we take great pride in it so must stress that we are looking for responsible people, references will be taken and checks made.

All bills are included in the price along with breakfast, lunch or evening meal the bedroom is cleaned every day.
