I'm in my mid 30's looking for a lodger for my spare room.
It's a 2 bedroom house, with a shared bathroom. It's a good size single bedroom but there's also space in the attic (partly converted) with a futon, to utilise. There's parking space on the drive way. And a large kitchen dinner.
The room is currently partly furnished, I'm happy to get more storage sorted, of take out what you don't need. The cupboard in the image is the boiler.
I have a cat, who's friendly and basically loves to sleep all the time. I also have a partner who visits at the weekend.
