Single Bedroom, very close to town centre

We have a single bedroom to rent out. It overlooks the back garden. Our home is very close to Hinckley town centre.

The room comes furnished with bed, bedside table and a small walk in wardrobe. Bedding is provided but you are welcome to provide your own.

You will have access to the normal amenities, kitchen, bathroom etc. There is broadband wi-fi.

We are a smoking house, that is restricted to smoking in the kitchen only. We have a pet Cat.

Rent is £125 per week and includes all bills. Four weeks up front and a £200 security deposit is payable.

The only rules we have is that you respect our home and clean up after yourself.
