Small narrow room with bunks

I am looking for a friendly easy-going female to share my apartment with me.
I started renting it with my long-term partner, we have now however decided to go our seperate ways.
Finding the right female to share with would obviously help financially. I will pay bills so they are included in the price.
My two teenage daughters come to visit every other weekend, and I am not particularly tidy given I collect vintage. So I need someone who isnt going to be bothered too much by mess and the odd unwashed bowl of crockery. I'm vegan so either a vegan or vegetarian would be nice but not essential. A small pet would be considered.
This is a vibrant and unique apartment with a lovely balcony.
The ideal flatmate would also enjoy arts and crafts, I will be working so there should be plenty of time to get the place all to yourself!
