The house has 3 bedrooms altogether, 1 master bedroom, 1 double room (the room for rent) and a single room. I can explain more about the house, rooms and situation to anyone suitable and wanting more information. 1 small bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

1 living room shared - the main house living room has a comfy 3 seater sofa, a big armchair, a TV, and a small dining table.
1 large kitchen - you will have your own cupboard & shelf in fridge and access to all equipment. Small paved garden at the rear.

Bills included - gas, electric, water, fast broadband.
Comfy and spacious communal spaces and I have a fortnightly cleaner that does the whole house.

I'm 35, a professional and currently work from home (most of the time), I'm friendly, clean and tidy, sociable (pre-Covid!), easy going, love music, football (Leicester City fan) and I'm also fluent in French and Spanish.
