I have a spare room with currently only a bed. But all furniture be bought pretty much decent on the individuals needs as well as design with a week. I'm a quite 31 year old, live in land lord in burbage. I work from home in a spacious detached 3 bed new build. There is enough space for 3 cars and I don't drive, plus a garage for storage. The you will have a family bathroom to yourself and a garden with out side furniture.

Additionally these are old photos currently, room is furnished and bathroom was modernised. New photos coming soon, room is occupied until March.

There is a dish washer, washer dryer, and outside cloths line :)

Previous tenant was an engineer from triumph, lived here 2.5 years. Happy for you to ask for a reference. (The empty garage and driveway was a big plus for him)
