I’m looking for a lodger to share my house with my current housemate, Elina, as I’m moving in with my partner.

There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen and also the optional use of an office space if you need to use it in the evenings, at the weekends or if you work from home.

There is a small outdoor space should you like to smoke - also a perfect little sun trap for sitting out when it eventually warms up a bit.
