Looking for a housemate - female preferred

Hiya,

I’m looking for a housemate. I currently rent on my own & I have a spare room.

For all bills included it would be (gas/electric/water/council tax) £500 per month all inclusive.

I have 1 house cat which is lovely but if you don’t want them in your room, you’d have to keep your door closed. Very sociable cat, loves attention.

I have a washing machine, tumble dryer & fridge you use. I am in the process of buying a better fridge with a freezer attached though.

I have plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, frying pans etc. fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, air fryer etc.

The living room has tv & sofa.

There is another room which I am yet to put in a dining table however not sure if to do this yet or not.

The room that is available is completely empty, so you’d need your own belongings. There’s currently a desk & computer in there which I can keep the desk in if you’d like to use it.
