It is designed to suit people who would prefer their own space and privacy rather than sharing another's home. A shared laundry is available at the back of the property. Underneath this flat is another flat which is privately rented. The property is quiet, all the other tenants are very pleasant and properly behaved (at the property anyway!)
I live next door so the flat is properly monitored and run and kept to a good standard and I'm human! Party animals are not welcome, reasonable human beings are!
