Studio apartments/Bedsits available in large detached house in a great central location opposite the beautiful Hollycroft Park. Only a 5 minute walk into the town centre of Hinckley where you will find the central bus station, train station and close connections to the M69 motorway.

Within each of our bedsits you will find;

Kitchenette - Fridge, Kettle, Microwave, cutlery

We have a separate shared laundry room and private car park also on road parking available.

We offer long term lettings at discounted rates as follows:
Single occupancy (one person)-£150pw
double occupancy (two people)-£190pw

Deposit
We require 4 weeks rent upfront for when you give 4 weeks notice. we also need £100 security deposit which you get back if the are no damages to the room.
you will pay your first weeks rent when you occupy the room. Total required is:
£850 (one person)
£1,050 (two people)
Monthly maintenance inspections carried out and works dealt with swiftly!
