Large double bedroom, fully furnished and including a superking sized bed. The house is a 2 minute walk from the town centre and 6-7minute walk from the train station.

You'll have shared use of the rest of the house, including bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen. There is also shed space for a bicycle.

The house is well furnished and is in immaculate condition making it a lovely place to live, so I'm looking for someone who will respect this and clean up after themselves, contribute to the weekly cleaning, and be considerate with noise etc.
