Mon to Fri; double room, 5 mins from town

Mon-Fri let. Would normally expect arrival Monday afternoon and departure Friday morning, exact time is reasonably flexible but the room is used at the weekend.
Large en suite attic room with double bed, TV with Freeview box, small fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle and Wi fi access, small dining table and chair. Room is big enough to use as living/dining room so won't have use of landlord's living room. Only shared area is the main kitchen for washing up and conventional oven. Bedding/towels provided and will be laundered over weekend. On street parking, no private drive. Five minutes walk from town centre; 10 minutes walk from train and bus stations; approx. two miles from M69 by car; approx. 13 miles from Leicester and Coventry; approx. 30 mins drive from East Midlands and Birmingham airports. Looking for professional working in area Monday to Friday with own home elsewhere. Landlord is friendly and sociable though mostly has quiet life and would prefer same from tenant.
N. B. rent is payable either weekly in advance (£80/week) or monthly in advance (£345/month). I will accept cash or bank transfer.
