The house is a very short walk to the town centre, sports centre etc. and has good access to the A5 and M69.

I’m looking for a housemate who is tidy and a non smoker and generally quite easy going.

The house features two good sized reception rooms (semi open plan) a large bathroom with separate shower, good sized garden, off-street parking and a shed.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, including council tax, broadband, TV licence etc.
