Double Room Available Immediately

I have a double room available in very clean and tidy, modern two bedroom house with garage and garden in a quiet area of a very pleasant housing estate just off the A5. It`s 10 minutes walk from Triumph and from the town center and all amenities. There is one bathroom with bath, toilet and shower and a second cloakroom on the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped.
I am ideally looking for a friendly, charismatic but not too imposing, employed professional on a Monday-Friday basis. I am pretty meticulous with my standards so would expect someone sharing my space to be the same.
