Double Bedroom - Hinckley

I am a young female professional who has a very reasonable sized double bedroom (approx. 10'4" x 11'4") to rent in the new year (potentially available sooner).
I work full time but occasionally do work from home.
My house is a 1930s semi (extended) which has a large living room and a kitchen diner with downstairs WC, as well as a large drive for parking.
I have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels who live with me part time. They're very good and friendly, but anyone house sharing would obviously have to be okay with dogs.
Smokers are fine, however smoking would only be permitted within the conservatory.
Ideally looking for someone who is easy going and just easy to get along with. Tidiness is a must!
£400 per month including bills (sky plus, Internet etc)
