The house has a total of 4 house mates when fully occupied and is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a spacious, well maintained garden.

We have a gardener who maintains the garden and a cleaner for the communal spaces once a fortnight.

No smoking is allowed in the property, however it is permitted in the garden.

Great location, close to Hinckley amenities but on a quiet residential street. Parking is available on the street, a parking permit is not required.

The deposit is equivalent to one month's rent. The deposit is registered with Deposit Protection Scheme.

Rent is payable monthly, in advance.
