RENT FREE. We are a nice and friendly Guajarati vegetarian family. We need help with our 2 kids from late afternoon to evening. In exchange RENT FREE. Ideal for student. Our kids are very well behaved, so just child minding and maybe some tutoring. Preference is female.
The room has separate alleyway access (not house share). With own small kitchenette and new En-suite shower room. New heating and insulation (very warm room) with new flooring, new electrics etc.
