Double room in beautiful character home

*Female professional preferred* A beautifully furnished character house on the edge of Humberstone village, close to Tesco 24 hrs, lots of parks near by and easy links into the city centre. Large double room available. Good sized sunny garden. I travel a lot and it's likely you will have the house to yourself for long periods of time. I am looking for sociable, young professionals who will treat the house with respect and keep it clean. I love to cook and would be up for sharing meals and film nights if it felt mutual. I have spent a lot of time making it a lovely place to call home which I hope you will find too. Please note house is on the market and will need to be available for viewings (reason for low price) and will need your respect to keep it tidy. I will give minimum 4 week notice.
