I am looking for someone to share my house - it will be 85£ a week and must be someone who is a professional or also a student.
Preferably around my age as I am 27 and enjoy being sociable so someone who is also sociable would be nice.
I can furnish the room with a bed if needed but other than that it is empty and is a single room but could fit a 3/4 double bed if organised well!!
The bathroom, living room and kitchen are all shared so clean and tidy person please !!
The weekly rent works out at 340£ a month if you prefer to pay monthly that is fine I would also ask for a small deposit upfront for 150£.
I am willing to except short lets just contact me and we can discuss your requirements
The bills will include electricity gas water and you will have access to WiFi if needed.
