We have a self-contained, newly refurbished, fully furnished, one bedroom unit with ensuite shower room, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, lounge/diner on the first floor. All costs included. Secure parking for small/medium size vehicle. More suitable for single professional person, but couples considered.
We would like an advance payment to cover the first 4 weeks rent and then payment can be per week.
Ibstock is a large village with all main facilities and is located about 10 minutes from the M42 in the west and 10 minutes from the M1 in the east.
