Fully Furnished spacious en suite room in Kibworth

The room we have would suit a professional person or mature student, we would prefer female, and preferably Mon - Fri, however we would consider any applicant, and also full time for a small extra charge depending on circumstances - should you wish for Mon-Fri only the room will not be used by anyone else during the weekends therefore your belongings can be left here securely.

We live in a modern detached 3 storey home on the edge of Kibworth Beauchamp.
The room is a large double en suite, freshly decorated, with new carpet, clean, private, strictly non smoking and is situated across the whole top floor of our house.
Fully furnished, completely self contained with TV, fridge, microwave/combination oven & kettle/toaster, use of our washing machine.
It is a quiet relaxing space & has the added advantage of overlooking a fabulous cricket pitch.
Kibworth has a regular bus route into Leicester along the A6 via Oadby/Wigston & also to Market Harborough, with bus stops, pubs, restaurants, post office, coop etc all within walking distance, 25 minutes drive from Leicester & the University, 5/10 minutes drive from Market Harborough, which has a train station with just an hours journey to St Pancras, and 10 minutes drive to Bruntingthorpe airfield.

We are a couple with older children (in their early 20’s - only 1 left living at home
We are respectful of privacy & very easy going.
We keep ourselves to ourselves but here to help if you need us.
And we have a small dog full of character who loves fuss and attention - so a good thing if you like dogs!
