I have a room to let in a beautiful terrace house in Kirby Muxloe LE9. The room has a double bed with a joining bathroom. The house has an old fashioned layout , so the bathroom is through the second bedroom which is the room I am letting. There is a dining room ,sitting room and kitchen , all of which were renovated last year. There is also an enclosed garden with plants trees and a patio area with seating. If I say so myself it's all rather lovely, if you like victoriana, chinese decor and books! Looking for someone who has their own life and just needs a week day place to stay. I will consider 7 days if the match is right.
There is street parking and a free parish council car part directly oppersite the house. There is a primary school at the bottom of the road so school pick up and drop off times are busy, but not problematic.
All bills included.
