Literally two minutes to the trendy hustle & bustle of Queens Road with its popular bars, cafes, independent retailers, delis and a Sainsburys, and Victoria Park for running, strolling, playing football and tennis and the fun outside gym.

7 mins walk across the park to DeMontfort Hall, a walk into town or a quick bus ride to Curve, The Haymarket, and Phoenix, etc. Highcross shopping centre, Richard 111 Visitors' Centre, Leicester Cathedral and The Guildhall along with Leicester's several museums are just a pretty walk down New Walk (pedestrianised walkway - past the big museum with the dinosaurs and the mummies.)

Home to LCFC and footballer Gary Lineker, there is plenty to see and do.

The highly regarded university of course is just a stone's throw away over the park and the other one, DeMontfort, a manageable walk or bus ride away.

Tidy, respectful, upbeat people please who are respectful of the space and of each other.

The house must be kept in impeccable order at all times, I am selling the house shortly so there may well be viewings in the daytime - I like it kept that way anyway, which should go without saying.

It is a serviced accommodation so the cleaner comes regularly, she is a very nice lady who cleans (not tidies, so please be conscious of that and put clothes where they belong ... in drawers & wardrobe ;) so she can hoover and clean), & the lovely gardener who comes every fortnight.

Full time working professionals only ... so may be suitable for somebody who has a short term work contract of a few months in the area ... and goes out out for work ... as any days that I may be there I will need to work from home and will need to work in peace with absolutely no distractions.
