Beautiful room in spacious, well appointed private house in sought after, quiet area. The house is well maintained, with large well equipped kitchen.

Full access to other rooms as pictured, including garden. You're welcome to do as much or as little gardening as you please :-) I do have a gardener comes in every month so it is well maintained and obviously you'd be free to use at all times.

While no en suite, exclusive access is provided to the downstairs WC.

Sharing with owner, who is a relaxed middle aged , but young-at-heart man who enjoys reading, tennis, walking, socialising, the usual stuff.

Rate is exclusive of the following bills
- broadband - (currently £12.50 per month)
- gas / electricity (summer approx £20 - 30 per month, winter approx £40 - £50)
- water (metered, approx £15 per month)

There is a drive available for parking car. This can be used whilst the owner has no car.
